At the beginning of July 2021, the Odessa Regional Energy Supply Company (ORESC LLC) joined the single public services portal Diya and significantly simplified the procedure for drawing up electricity supply contracts for its customers.

One of the priority tasks of the last two years of ORESC LLC is to improve the online customer service, for this purpose the Company successfully implements modern technologies.
Our clients have already appreciated the convenience of the new e-cabinet on the official website and the possibility of contactless payments, the number of users who have chosen round-the-clock support for smart chatbots of ORESC LLC in Viber and Telegram messengers is constantly growing.
From now on, the Company takes the next important step - when concluding a contract for the supply of electricity, in any CCC of the Company, customers of ORESC LLC have the opportunity to provide copies of documents not in paper but in digital form through the application "Дія" 

How does it work?

If the client has a passport of a new model ID, identification code and downloaded application "Дія" on the smartphone for the conclusion of the contract, you can provide copies of digital documents:
1. The client reads the QR code with the code scanner in "Дія".
2. The application prompts you to confirm that copies of digital documents have been sent.
3. It contains the name, address and list of requested documents.
4. The customer confirms sending copies of digital documents. The action will automatically generate a draft letter in the smartphone's email with copies of digital documents with the company's address. The client just needs to click "Send" and a copy of the document will be sent to the post office of LLC "ORESC"

Copies of which documents for the conclusion of the contract can be transferred through the "Дія"?

- passport (ID-card);
- Taxpayer card;

Ukraine is the first country in the world to launch digital passports and legally equate them to ordinary documents.
