In accordance with p.p. 2.3.5 and p.p. 2.3.6 Licensing conditions for conducting economic activity for the supply of electricity (resolution of the National Commission for Electricity Market Regulation of 27.12.2017 № 1469 (as amended)), p. 3.3.1 and p.p. 3.3.3 Rules of the retail electricity market (resolution of the National Commission for Energy Regulation of Ukraine dated 14.03.2018 № 312 (as amended)), resolution of the National Commission for Electricity Market dated 02.12.2020 №2293 prices for universal services (resolution of the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition of October 5, 2018 № 1177 (as amended)) were calculated prices for universal services for April 2021, which will take effect from April 1, 2021 for consumers of the 1st group (small non-domestic consumers) in Odessa region (except for the population).
