During this period, these budgetary institutions, regardless of the size of the contracted capacity and other consumers whose electrical installations are connected to electrical networks with a contracted capacity of up to 150 kW, are subject to all rights and obligations under the Law of Ukraine & laquo; On the electricity market & raquo; for small non-household consumers to receive universal services.

Thus, from January 1, 2021, the right to receive universal service will remain only for budgetary institutions and consumers who meet the characteristics of a small non-domestic consumer , ie those who have the contractual capacity to 50 kW. & nbsp;

Therefore, to ensure your own electricity consumption from January 1, 2021, you need to enter into an agreement on the supply of electricity to consumers (at free prices).

Pursuant to Clause 8 of the Commercial Offer to the Agreement & nbsp; on the supply of electricity by the universal service provider (hereinafter - the Agreement), to which the Consumer was connected by signing the Application for connection, or actual consumption, or payment of the bill, the Agreement is valid until December 31, 2020 (in terms of payments until full) and can not to be extended for the next year on legislative grounds.

We pay special attention to clients who are guided by the Law of Ukraine & laquo; On Public Procurement & raquo; (as amended) when concluding contracts for the purchase of electricity (code DK 021: 2015 09310000-5 Electricity) and we recommend that you begin procurement procedures now & ndash; in 2020, taking into account the approximate deadlines for the procedure and conclusion of the contract, which in accordance with the Law of Ukraine & laquo; On Public Procurement & raquo; are for:

- Simplified Purchase & ndash; 36 days;

- open bidding & ndash; 42 days;

- Open bidding with English publication & ndash; 77 days.

In order to ensure uninterrupted supply and consumption, we ask you to take care of concluding a new electricity supply contract in advance. Otherwise, LLC & quot; ORESC & quot; from 01.01.2021 will not be able to supply you with electricity under the contract for the supply of electricity by the universal service provider.
