On May 6, 2020, the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NCRECP) promulgated Resolution №919 https://www.nerc.gov.ua/?id=51358 which deals with changes in prices for universal services for small non-household consumers.

Small non-household consumer - a consumer who buys electricity for his own consumption, which is not a household consumer, and whose electrical installations are connected to electrical networks with a contractual capacity of up to 50 kW.
