Dear consumers!

        LLC "ORESC" in accordance with the Rules of the retail market of electric energy, approved by the resolution of the NCRECP dated 14.03.2018 No. 312, informs its customers about the "green" the tariff on amendments to the terms of the public agreement on the purchase and sale of "green" electricity tariff by a private household, which is Appendix 2 to the Agreement on the supply of electricity by a universal service provider, and the publication of its new (updated) form, which will be effective from "02" May 2024, namely:

               Agreement on the purchase and sale of electric energy under "green" tariff by a private household;

Consumers can familiarize themselves with the new (updated) forms on the Company's website in the section: For the home/Contractual relations/Agreement of purchase and sale at the green tariff.

According to the requirements of the Rules of the retail electricity market, we inform you that in case of disagreement with the changes, the consumer has the right to early termination of the contract without applying any penalties, which the consumer must notify the supplier in writing.

We also note that according to Clause 3.2.4 of the Rules of the Retail Electricity Market, if the electricity supplier provides the consumer with a notice of changes to the terms of the electricity supply contract (including price changes) caused by changes in regulated price components ( the tariff for services for the transmission and/or distribution of electric energy, the price (tariff) for the services of the provider of universal services and/or "last hope") and/or changes in the regulatory and legal acts regarding the formation of this price or the conditions of the supply of electric energy, the contract is considered from the date of the change to its conditions specified in the notification (but not earlier than 20 days after the date of notification to the consumer), which is indicated in the notification:

1) prematurely terminated (without penalties) at the initiative of the consumer - in case of providing the electricity supplier with a written statement by the consumer about disagreement/non-acceptance of changes within 5 working days from the date of receipt of such notification, but no later than 10 calendar days before the date of the change in the terms of the contract specified in the notice;

2) changed on the terms proposed by the electricity supplier - if the consumer has not provided the electricity supplier with a written statement of disagreement/non-acceptance of the changes within the period established by this clause.
