LLC "ORESC" informs that the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has adopted order   dated 10.10.2023 No. 307 "Recognizing as invalid the order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine dated April 13, 2022 No. 148" (registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 10/24/2023 under No. 1859/40915), which comes into force on the day of its official publication.

            Taking into account the above, in compliance with the requirements of the resolution of the NCRECP dated November 22, 2023. No. 2144, LLC "ORESC" informs its consumers, with whom a contract for the supply of electric energy by a universal service provider was concluded in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine No. 148 dated 04.13.2022 "On the settlement of issues related to the supply of electric energy to consumers and settlements between participants of the retail of the electricity market during the period of martial law in Ukraine", about changing the terms of the contract for the supply of universal service, namely about the loss of such consumers' right to universal service after the entry into force of the order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine No. 307 from 10.10.2023
