The Cabinet of Ministers has extended the imposition of special obligations (PSO) on providing electricity to the population until May 31, 2023.

(The single fixed price for electricity for household consumers remains until May 31, 2023)

On April 25, 2023, at a meeting of the Government, Resolution No. 384 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Amendments to Resolution No. 483  of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 5, 2019," obligations on participants of the electric energy market to ensure public interests in the process of functioning of the electric energy market (PSO) until May 31, 2023.

This resolution extended the application of uniform tariffs for all

individual consumers depending on the volume of monthly consumption,

which will be valid until May 31, 2023 inclusive:

• up to 250 kWh – 1.44 hryvnias/kWh including VAT for the entire amount consumed;
• over 250 kWh – UAH 1.68/kWh including VAT for the entire amount consumed.

 At the same time,  the coefficients of two- and three-zone electric energy accounting have been preserved and left unchanged.
