According to the Resolution of the NCRECP dated January 30, 2023 No. 153, the Resolution of the NCRECP dated April 26, 2022 No. 396 "On the Features of Determining the Volume and Conducting Calculations for the Electric Energy Produced by Generating Units of Private Households during its Validity" martial law in Ukraine» (with changes).
In order to settle issues that arise in connection with the cancellation of this resolution,  electricity suppliers performing the function of a universal service provider (hereinafter – PUP) must ensure full payment of the cost of electric energy , produced by the generating units of private households in an amount that exceeds the monthly consumption of electric energy by such private households, purchased by the PUP for "green" tariff in 2022:
for March 2022 – until March 25, 2023;
for April 2022 – until April 25, 2023;
for May 2022 – until May 25, 2023;
for June 2022 – until June 25, 2023;
for July 2022 – until July 25, 2023;
for August 2022 – until August 25, 2023;
for September 2022 – until September 25, 2023;
for October 2022 – until October 25, 2023;
for November 2022 – until November 25, 2023;
for December 2022 – until December 25, 2023.
This resolution shall enter into force on February 1, 2023.
