Last year was difficult, in the conditions of quarantine measures, we promptly responded to today's challenges, adjusted our work in new conditions.

Summing up the results of the year, the main achievements include the improvement of existing and introduction of new online services. We have significantly accelerated and become closer to our clients, thanks to smart chatbots in Viber and Telegram, improved the functionality of our own office of legal and domestic clients on the company's website, added a form for official online appeals and inquiries, introduced contactless service. By the end of the year, our customers will be presented with an updated version of the ORESC website. Together with customers who voluntarily gave up paper bills, they joined the global paperless movement, realizing the possibility of transferring documents through the mobile application Action.

Since the beginning of December, customers of the Odessa Regional Energy Supply Company LLC have been able to download the ORESC mobile application to their mobile devices (Android systems). Development of own mobile application for iPhone users (iOS system) is nearing completion.

Our efforts were noted in independent rankings, namely, according to the DiXi Group think tank, within the USAID project "Energy Sector Transparency", Odessa Regional Energy Supply Company moved 28 points up (compared to 2020) and won the title "Breakthrough" In the overall standings of the rating "Top 50 energy supply companies of Ukraine", we took the honorable 5th place (out of 50 companies across the country), and in the indicator "Transparency and business activity" - 1st place.

But the most important thing for our team is a transparent and effective partnership with our customers, with people who trust us.
