According to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Electricity Market" and in compliance with the requirements of the Methodology for calculating the tariff for the services of universal service provider, approved by the resolution of the National Commission for Energy Supply and Sewerage of 05.10.2018 № 1176 , (hereinafter - the Methodology) LLC "ODESSA REGIONAL ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY" calculated the tariff for the services of the universal service provider for 2022.

Tariff calculations were carried out according to the Methodology and macro indicators of economic and social development of Ukraine for 2022-2024, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 31, 2021 № 586 and other resolutions of the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition.

The projected tariff for the services of the universal service provider for 2022 is set at 111.15 UAH / MWh, the components of which are:

- projected volumes of electricity supply to small non-domestic and household consumers;

- the necessary income from the provision of services to the universal service provider to ensure a reliable supply of electricity to consumers of universal service, whose facilities are located in the Odessa region.

Comments and suggestions regarding the tariff are accepted until September 22, 2021 in writing to the address: 65007, Odessa, st. Mala Arnautska, 88, and in electronic form to the address kanc@ooek.od.ua.

After processing the comments and suggestions, open discussions on this issue will be held, which are scheduled for September 23, 2021 at 11:00 in the meeting room of "ODESSA REGIONAL ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY" at the address: Odessa, st. Mala Arnautska, 90. Applications for participation in the open discussion are accepted until September 22, 2021 in writing to the address: 65007, Odessa, st. Mala Arnautska, 88, and in electronic form to the address kanc@ooek.od.ua.

The results of the open discussion will be recorded in the minutes and published on the official website of "ODESSA REGIONAL ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY".

Please note that the final tariff for the services of the universal service provider for 2022 will be determined after its establishment by the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities.
