01:15 Changes in accounts for January, February and March 2021

According to the above-mentioned Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers for the period January, February, March 2021, a single fixed price of electricity is set at UAH 1.68 per 1 kWh & nbsp; with VAT. This price applies to both up to 100 kWh per month and more.

In other words, from January 1, 2021, reduced tariffs will cease to apply, including in the amount of UAH 0.9 per 1 kWh, for the following categories of consumers:

  • Population living in living quarters equipped in the prescribed manner with electric heating systems;
  • Population living in apartment buildings, not gasified with natural gas and in which there are no or do not operate district heating systems;
  • for large, foster families and family-type orphanages;
  • for dormitories

02:40 Two-block and two / three-zone tariff, what's the difference?

Earlier we called the method of charging at different rates - two-block:

  • first unit - at the price of UAH 0.9 per 1 kWh - up to 100 kW;
  • second block & ndash; at a price of 1.68 kWh. - for volumes greater than 100 kW.

Therefore, there is a slight confusion regarding the two-zone and three-zone coefficients. Some consumers misunderstood the innovations and began to interpret them at their own discretion.

According to the Resolution in question and the relevant regulations of the National Commission for Regulation of Economic Competition, tariff coefficients (two-zone, three-zone) will continue to apply for the population who has electricity consumption accounting for periods time.

With a & nbsp; 2-zone meter installed, & nbsp; the appropriate coefficients will be applied to the specified tariffs, differentiated by time of day:

  • 0.5 of the tariff during the hours of night minimum load of the power system (from 23:00 to 7:00);
  • full rate at other times of the day;

If a & nbsp; 3-zone meter is installed , the corresponding coefficients, differentiated by time of day, will be applied to the specified tariffs:

  • 1.5 tariffs per hour of maximum power system load

(8:00 to 11:00 and 20:00 to 22:00);

  • full rate during the half-peak period (from 7:00 to 8:00, from 11:00 to 20:00, from 22:00 to 23:00);
  • 0.4 of the tariff during the hours of night minimum load of the power system (from 23:00 to 7:00).

Therefore, the two-block tariff has been abolished since January 1, 2021, and the possibility of applying exclusively for the population the two- or three-zone tariff has been left unchanged (continued).

06:34 Preferential tariff and benefits and subsidies. What is canceled, what is left?

For large families. I will note that only the preferential tariff has been abolished, but state benefits and subsidies remain unchanged.

& nbsp;

I note that energy companies do not calculate benefits and subsidies and do not control such payments. All payments are made exclusively by the Departments of Labor and Social Protection, which, if you have any questions, can be & nbsp; contacted by all beneficiaries and subsidizers.
