How exactly will the price change from January 1? With regard to legal entities - small non-domestic customers, to whom electricity is supplied at the tariff of the universal service provider: the updated prices for universal services for January 2021 are available by the link.

Please also pay attention to customers who are supplied with electricity at free prices, for which the component prices change, namely:

- tariff for electricity transmission service of PJSC NEC Ukrenergo, which is available by the link.

- tariffs for the electricity distribution service & nbsp; of the distribution operators, which are available by the link.

Additionally, we inform that in accordance with paragraph 3.2.4. Rules of the retail electricity market & laquo; in the event of a change in the terms of the contract for the supply of electricity to the consumer, including the commercial offer, the electricity supplier no later than 20 days before their application notifies the consumer, taking into account the consumer's right to terminate.

In case the electricity supplier provides the consumer with a notification on changes in the terms of the electricity supply contract (including price change) caused by changes in the regulated price components (tariff for electricity transmission and / or distribution services, price (tariff) for services universal service provider and / or & lquo; last hope & raquo;) and / or changes in regulations on the formation of this price or conditions of electricity supply, the contract is valid from the date specified in the notice of change of its terms (but not earlier than 20 days from day of notification to the consumer)

• terminated (without penalties) at the initiative of the consumer - in the case of providing the electricity supplier with a written statement of the consumer about the disagreement / rejection of changes;
• changed on the terms proposed by the electricity supplier - if the consumer has not provided the electricity supplier with a written statement of disagreement / non-acceptance of changes.»
