Every month, the operator of the distribution system calculates the amount of consumption of the client according to the meter readings transmitted by him. If actual data from the client is not received – average daily consumption is taken as a basis.

In order to pay only for the amount of electricity actually used during the month, it is important to regularly and timely transmit meter readings – number 1 to 3 inclusive.

Data can be reported in one of the convenient ways:

• in the Personal Account 
• via mobile app  
• via viber or Telegram ORESC bots
