Dear consumers!

LLC "ORESC" in accordance with the Rules of the retail market of electric energy, approved by the resolution of the NCRECP dated March 14, 2018, No. 312 (hereinafter the Rules), informs its customers of a universal service, namely: individual household consumers, collective consumers and  consumers who have the right to receive electricity at tariffs for household consumers, which from "01" December 2022 new (updated) forms of Commercial offers No. 1 - UP and No. 1/1 - UP will be in effect, which consumers can familiarize themselves with on the Company's website in the section For home/Contractual relations.   ; 

 

We also inform you that the supply of electricity for collective household consumers and consumers who have the right to receive electricity at tariffs for household consumers, with which there is a valid contract (public or signed in paper form) on the supply of electric energy by the universal service provider under the terms of commercial offer No. 1-UP or No. 1/1-UP, from «01» December 2022 will be carried out under the terms of public Commercial Offer No. 1/1-UP.

 

According to the requirements of the Rules of the retail electricity market, we inform you that in case of disagreement with the changes, the consumer has the right to early termination of the contract without applying any penalties, which the consumer must notify the supplier in writing.

We also note that according to Clause 3.2.4 of the Rules of the Retail Electricity Market, in the event that the electricity supplier provides the consumer with a notice of changes to the terms of the electricity supply contract (including price changes) caused by changes in regulated price components ( the tariff for services for the transmission and/or distribution of electric energy, the price (tariff) for the services of the provider of universal services and/or "last hope") and/or changes in the regulatory and legal acts regarding the formation of this price or the conditions of the supply of electric energy, the contract is considered from the date of the change to its conditions specified in the notification (but not earlier than 20 days after the date of notification to the consumer), as stated in the notification:

1) prematurely terminated (without penalties) at the initiative of the consumer - in the case of providing the electricity supplier with a written statement of the consumer's disagreement/non-acceptance of changes within 5 working days from the date of receipt of such notification, but no later than 10 calendar days before the date of the change of the terms of the contract specified in the notification;

2) changed on the terms proposed by the electricity supplier - if the consumer has not provided the electricity supplier with a written statement of disagreement/non-acceptance of the changes within the period established by this clause.
