LLC "ORESC" in accordance with clause 3.2.4. of the Rules of the retail market of electric energy, approved by the resolution of the NCRECP dated March 14, 2018 No. 312 (hereinafter the Rules), informs its customers about the universal service that with "01" on August 2022, a new (updated) form of the public Agreement on the supply of electricity by a universal service provider and updated public Commercial Offers will be in effect. for small non-household consumers, which consumers can find on the Company's website in the section For business/Delivery by universal service/Contractual delivery < /strong>and For home/Contractual relations.   

 

According to the requirements of the Rules of the retail electricity market, we inform you that in case of disagreement with the changes, the consumer has the right to early termination of the contract without applying any penalties, which the consumer must notify the supplier in writing.

We also note that according to Clause 3.2.4 of the Rules of the Retail Electricity Market, in the event that the electricity supplier provides the consumer with a notice of changes to the terms of the electricity supply contract (including price changes) caused by changes in the regulated price components ( the tariff for services for the transmission and/or distribution of electric energy, the price (tariff) for the services of the provider of universal services and/or "last hope") and/or changes in the normative legal acts regarding the formation of this price or conditions for the supply of electric energy, the contract is considered from the date of the change to its conditions specified in the notification (but not earlier than 20 days after the date of notification to the consumer), as stated in the notification:

1) prematurely terminated (without penalties) at the initiative of the consumer - in the case of providing the electricity supplier with a written statement of the consumer's disagreement/non-acceptance of changes within 5 working days from the date of receipt of such notification, but no later than 10 calendar days before the date of the change in the terms of the contract specified in the notification;

2) changed on the terms proposed by the electricity supplier - if the consumer has not provided the electricity supplier with a written statement of disagreement/non-acceptance of the changes within the period established by this clause.
