Odesa REGIONAL ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY LLC & raquo; reports that in connection with the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by the Russian Federation and the imposition of martial law, in accordance with the decree of the President of Ukraine from & nbsp; 24.02.2022 & nbsp; year №64 / 2022, approved the resolution of the NCRECP from & nbsp; 26.04.2022 & nbsp; № 396 & laquo; On the peculiarities of determining the volume and making calculations for the produced electricity generated by private households during martial law in Ukraine & raquo ;.
In accordance with the requirements of the Resolution, the universal service provider must provide a minimum guaranteed amount of payment for electricity purchased from a household consumer for the period of martial law in Ukraine, as well as within 60 days after its termination or cancellation, at a price UAH 1.68 per 1 kWh, adjusted for the percentage of cash receipts for electricity from consumers in the relevant calendar month.
Full and final payment will be made in equal monthly installments, starting from the first day after the expiration of 60 days after the termination or termination of martial law, during the period corresponding to the martial law in Ukraine, and within 60 days after its termination or cancellation.
On the amount of payment for purchased electricity, its full cost, taxes paid, deferred liabilities and deferred obligations and the approximate term of their implementation LLC & quot; Odesa REGIONAL ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY & quot; will be additionally communicated electronically by electronic means.
